A company of many companies
Each of our subsidiaries benefits from shared knowledge, resources and capabilities across a diverse group of companies. Being privately held allows Koch companies to reinvest for the long term — with more than 90% of earnings put back into the business historically — which strengthens our ability to innovate together. This collaboration helps Koch companies combine strengths, solve complex challenges and create mutual benefit for customers, employees, communities and society, all while staying true to the principles that guide us.
